What sells a home?  A truly comprehensive listing is priced, presented and marketed appropriately from day one.  If one of those elements is mismanaged, your list of potential buyers decreases, while your days on market increase. This will eventually lead to a lower list price, and ultimately a lower sale price.  My comprehensive marketing strategy ensures that you are prepared to confidently face the market from list to close.

Take it Personally
I suggest that you interview, at a minimum, 2 Realtors®. Resist the temptation to hire the agent who offers you the higher listing price, because the market, not the agent, will ultimately determine this. Rather, consider their knowledge, preparation, experience and marketing strategy. Finally, a vital consideration to make is if you think that you would work well with them. Your home is your sanctuary; the longer you live there, the more it feels like a member of your family.  Don’t settle for anyone who won’t take the sale of your home as personally as you do!
